The hotel is situated in a beautiful, isolated location behind hills and trees, with a pool in the middle and beaches on both sides offering a serene setting. The rooms are a bit on the old side with a few minor issues, but they are spacious and comfortable. The service provided is very friendly and helpful, with impeccable timekeeping and communication skills. However, the dining experience, while quite good, is somewhat ruined by instant lukewarm coffee and execrable croissants. The location is great being on a Peninsula with a private beach and a long pier, but it lacks a bit of character. Overall, it's a good value for a peaceful stay in Rayong.
